We are pleased to show you the BR- 150 AMS in operation. An automatic multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine with 5 stages and rotating drums, designed for cleaning parts and components according to customer specifications.

The stages installed are the following:

· Stage 1: Ultrasonic cleaning with settling of OPS oils and particle filter.

· Stages 2 and 3: Cold rinse with upstream renovation and activated carbon filter.

· Stage 4: Hot passivation.

· Stage 5: Drying with air convection and vacuum pump to eliminate 100% of water and humidity.

· Loading and unloading area on opposite sides with detection and positioning system and door with security detectors.
