Today we show you the BR-200 AMS, an automatic multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine that we are currently in the process of assembling. The machine is custom designed for our customer, an important manufacturer of transmission components for the automotive sector. All this under their specifications and following their strict quality and process protocols.

It has a capacity to clean 3 parts simultaneously. With a customised clamping system, independent elevator at each stage and a drying system at the exit of the parts.

It also has several systems to maintain the quality of the fluid:

- OPS system for the separation of oils by laminar sweeping and decanting in an auxiliary tank. Equipped with an INOX pump.

- Skimmer system for the elimination of oils from the auxiliary tank.

- Particulate filter to retain metallic particles.

Other features of the installation:

- Automatic water filling and detergent dosing with cabinet for detergent containers.

- Automatic emptying with pump and collector.

- Steam extraction hood and fairing.
