New multi-stage mould cleaning machine finished and about to be disassembled for shipment abroad.

The new BR-600 MOLD, with a capacity of 600 litres per tank, has been designed according to customer requirements to ensure high production levels. It has two ultrasonic cleaning tanks with our OPS oil decanting system that allows the cleaning of two mould baskets at the same time. At the end of the cleaning stage, the baskets pass to the rinsing tank and finally to the passivation tank. At the beginning of the installation there is a loading and unloading area with grill and inclined tank to collect dripping.

The following equipment is also included:

- Safety walkway with anti-slip system.

- Anti-spill tray for the entire installation

- Activated carbon filtering system for the rinsing stage.

- Automatic lids

- Hoist with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg to move the baskets around the plant.

- PLC and touch screen control.
