Our semi-automatic mould cleaning system has cleaning, rinsing and corrosion protection stages. Special baskets are developed to accommodate the customer's moulds, in this case moulds for bottle production. These can be placed on two levels for maximum utilisation of the tanks.

The baskets are moved by a hoist integrated into the machine, which is easily controlled by the operator via the tramex working platform. It is also equipped with automatic filling and emptying systems, active carbon filter, etc.

The control of functions is carried out by means of a touch screen-PLC, for the opening of lids, programming of times, temperatures, control of the filtering system, filling and emptying.
