BR- 400 PRO C

We show you the BR- 400 PRO C, one of our latest models of our flagship range, the PRO series.

In addition to the standard models, we adapt 100% to the customer's needs with customised designs like this one. In this case, the machine is for a specific process of treatment of precious materials, from the jewellery and coin sector, with a capacity of 400 litres.

As the process does not generate oils, we have eliminated the oil settling system (OPS) and the auxiliary tank and added height to locate the fluid displacement produced by the components to be treated. In addition, the dimensions are more cubic, 100% adapted to the dimensions of the components to be treated.

In addition, it was essential to reduce energy consumption as much as possible. The standard for regular ultrasonic technologies is 4 kW. Considering that ultrasound is running during the entire cleaning process, a technology that reduces this factor was essential. At BRIO, energy consumption is lower in all capacities, from 25% to 50% less depending on the volume of the machine.

In the case of our BR-400 PRO C, the ultrasonic power is distributed over three high-power BRIO ultrasonic emitters of 1 kW each. For a capacity of approximately 400 litres, we only need 3 kW to achieve maximum cleaning performance. This is thanks to our unique emitter manufacturing system that includes a specific process of hot-bonding transducers using special elastic resins from the aerospace industry.
