New starter milling machine at BZT: The PFL-3

The BZT Maschinenbau GmbH, a manufacturer of portal milling machines for wood, plastic and aluminum machining presents the new portal milling machine series, the PFL-3.

The PFL-3 was developed as a low-cost starter machine for model building.

The installed linear guides, 15 and 20 mm, and the built-in ball screws on all axes are a real highlight in this price segment and provide a stable and accurate machining of workpieces.

The PFL-3 is available in 4 sizes. The Processing area reaches X = 520 mm, Y = 620 mm and Z = 100 mm.

The build-in 15 mm aluminum T-slot plate and the front and end plate are made of steel to ensure a robust design "Made in Germany".

The machine is powered by strong 4 Amp 3N stepper motors. The basic machine of the PFL-3 series is available from 2000, - excl. VAT.

The appropriate control, an U-ST 33 for three axes is available from 650, - plus VAT. Additional accessories like spindles, software, clamping material are also available from the manufacturer BZT.
