PCBs or printed circuit boards have the most critical components in any electronics. They are the best if you want to protect the components from all sorts of damage. Two methods are used to protect the components. This is by conformal coating and PCB coating. In both instances, organic polymers protect the electronic components and PCBs. There are differences and simil...
UV curing adhesives utilize light and other radiation sources to carry out the curing process. When this is done, a permanent bond forms, and there is no need to apply heat through free radical chemistry. The best china Uv curing adhesive manufacturers create adhesives in different viscosities and chemical systems. In most cases, they are polymer based. They include sil...
Printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain an electronic device’s most critical components. To protect these components from damage, electronics engineers use two main methods: PCB potting and conformal coating. Both PCB potting and conformal coating use organic polymers to protect PCBs and their associated electronic components. What are the similarities and differences bet...
When you are bonding dissimilar materials, there are many challenges that you have to deal with. Bonding rubber to plastic is not easy. Some of the challenges include the fact that the rigidity of these two materials is not the same, and it varies. Also, plasticizers have the potential to push adhesive from the surface. Successful bonding You need an adhesive that can ...

Optical bonding adhesives are needed to bond the protective layer or cover screen to LCD panels. Bonding in this way eliminates the air gap that exists between layers resulting in better screen visibility. Silicone options like LOCA and OCR adhesives are the best candidates for optical bonding solutions. These adhesives are very flexible, and they remain clear for a long...
Magnets can be attached to all materials, including wood, fabrics, metal, and glass. As long as you have the right glue, you should easily attach the magnet exactly where you want it on the glass. When thinking glass, contact adhesive, and silicone glue best keep the magnet in place. Even though other glue types work well with glass, the two are the best for the applicat...
Optical bonding adhesives bond clear covers or layers to underlying panels. By picking the right optical bonding adhesives, you eliminate the possibility of air gaps occurring between layers, leading to much better screen visibility. In such a case, silicone solutions are the best. You can choose liquid optically clear adhesives or optically clear resin for this. They of...
