The SAFEBLOC Steel load break switch and isolation switch boxes are installed in direct proximity to the machines and engines on industrial sites.

They allow any users, even those who are not electricians, to:

Check, without any risk of error, the status of the switch and therefore the engine: if the contact blades are visible, the switch is in the 0 position ; if the blades are not visible, the switch is in the 1 position.

Maintain the switch, and therefore the machine, in the 0 position by using a padlock. Three padlocks can be placed on one handle.

Additional safety elements are integrated into the box, such as:

A mechanical indicator that confirms the information about the blades and the 0 or 1 position of the switch,

Double locking that prevents the opening of the door when the switch is closed off and the closing off of the switch when the door is open.

Many supplementary functions can be added to specification : push button with cabling schematic, lock, cable gland, instrument transformer, etc.
