The gas liquid slip ring is also called gas liquid rotary joint.

Please note the following points for daily maintenance

1. During rotation operation and when supplying high-temperature and high-pressure fluid, try not to get close to the rotary joint and do not touch it with your hands.

2. Please fill the oil regularly with the oil injection device. The rotary joint without the oil injection device requires no maintenance except periodic observation for fluid leakage of the rotary joint due to wear.

3. When the leakage of the rotary joint is found, it should be stopped in time to check the cause of the leakage, and do not work with illness to avoid damage to the parts.

4. Do not leave it for a long time after stopping operation. Poor consequences may occur due to rust, etc.

5. In case of failure, please repair it quickly. When disassembling the rotary joint, make sure that the gas / liquid fluid in the rotary joint is completely discharged, that there is no pressure, and that the temperature has dropped completely before removing.

In addition, after a long time of use, the bearing part and the sealing ring part will wear out, and these parts can be replaced appropriately to continue to use; when dust or oil appears on the surface of the slip ring, we can try to wipe it with a cloth moistened with gasoline and clean it with oil stains.

In short, regular cleaning is also one of the daily maintenance of slip rings. Only regular cleaning and maintenance can guarantee or extend the service life of the slip ring
