In order to help customers to use slip ring better during the installation process, CENO engineers design different structures power slip rings according to the type of installation equipment: capsule slip rings, through hole slip rings, carbon brush slip rings ,pancake slip rings,two half style slip rings.

CENO's capsule slip rings includes ACN,BCN,CCN,DCN for series.They have flexible spec options to fulfill the various and complex requirement of systems.Ring number are range from 2 rings  up to 100 rings.Power and signal are easily to be integrated into one slip rings .Outstanding signal types are Ethernet,canbus,profibus,RS,HDMI,HD-SDI,USB and so on. Typical outside diameter is 5.5mm,12.4mm,22mm in these series.

Through hole slip rings is also called as hollow shaft slip rings.CENO's hollow shaft slip ring  hole size from 3mm to 5000mm are optional.Standard through hole size are 12.7mm, 25.4mm, 38.1mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm and all other size are capable to be customized.Various signal such as Ethernet,USB,HDMI,SDI,Canbus, profibus and power are capable to be integrated into one slip rings to fulfill multi-function system’s demand.

CENO's carbon brush slip ring is also named as large current slip ring or high power slip ring, which could transmit the current at lease on 100A or above. It widely be used in ship machinery, engineering machinery, port machinery, offshore crane, cable reel, propeller,as well as drilling platform.

Pancake slip ring is as another form of though hole slip rings. CENO's pancake slip rings are designed for some equipment which vertical space is limited while horizontal space is less restrictive.This type slip ring provides ultrathin thickness for special limited installation space.thickness could be up to 4mm.this kind pancake slip ring design with through hole or no hole are optional.

Two half style slip rings make your installation much easily if the mounting situation is complex.It is different from traditional design.CENO has been keeping  innovation on slip ring development technology.This two half style slip rings  have 360mm through hole size,combine five power lines which support current with above 40Amp on each line and signal line.Carbon brush technology is applied in this design.Easy maintenance, long lifespan and simple mounting are the advantage of this type slip rings.
