Heat treatment: total disinfestation with zero environmental impact
No chemicals and no downtime after application
CEPI is now offering the sanification of outdoor silos by heat treatment to our customers. Heat treatment provides total disinfestation of outdoor silos against flour pests and micro-organisms such as bacteria and fungi with zero environmental impact, as no chemicals are involved in the process. The treatment is run by blowing high temperature air inside the silo through an ATEX certified air heater.
The treatment with high temperatures is a technique with no environmental impact, and completely eco-sustainable as it doesn’t employ chemical products or toxic gases.
Heat treatment is very user-friendly and doesn’t require downtime after application as there won’t be residuals from treatment.
