Leak testing of containers in the production process - Quality control in the packaging industry
CETA will be exhibiting for the first time at the Fachpack 2024 trade fair from 24 - 26 September 2024 in Nuremberg, Hall 2, Stand number 2-428 in the Newcomer Pavilion.
Plastic packaging such as bottles, drums, canisters or IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) are used for the transport and storage of a variety of products.
Containers for bulk goods must be impermeable to moisture. Media-tightness is required for the transport of liquids. As part of production-integrated quality control, these are tested for leaks in the production cycle. Compressed air is often used for this purpose.
