Permanent Magnet Brake Module

This special safety design is applied to the Z axis of machine tools. When servo motors are dismantled for machine maintenance, PBN can stop Z axis from slipping and the inside permanent magnet brake can keep holding the load. Due to the connection between brake and brake shaft is via a spring plate, there is no backlash at the moment of braking, and no drag torque and noises while brake shaft is rotating.
