Recently, SWEL’s new-generation fully automatic fiber laser tube cutting machine completed its final commissioning and was successfully delivered to the client. Designed to address key pain points in the metal tube processing industry, this equipment integrates automatic loading, cutting, hole-piercing, and beveling, offering a comprehensive laser processing solution for tube manufacturers.

The machine features a heavy-duty, long-stroke bed equipped with multi-point support assemblies. This effectively prevents long tubes from sagging, ensuring stability when processing round, square, rectangular, or custom-profile tubes. Powered by a specialized CNC system for tube processing, the machine allows for the direct import of CAD drawings, enabling complex operations—such as cutting, hollow-patterning, and beveling—to be completed in a single pass. The resulting cuts are smooth and virtually burr-free, with high precision that significantly reduces the need for secondary grinding.

The automated feeding system supports continuous batch production, minimizing manual intervention, boosting output, and lowering labor costs.
