BINCEN High and Slow Speed Weigh in Motion WIM
Primary technical features
1.For reliability and long-term stability, the bending plate is used with better structure than other
Load pad scale.
2. With strain gauges working in -40℃~120℃, and sulfured rubber sealed, bending plate can work in temperature environment.
3. Our advanced manufacturing technique ensures that bending plate static precision can be less than 0.5%.
4. Compared with the traditional weighing pad, the bending plate has longer demission in the driving direction, which ensures a much higher accuracy in dynamic weighing.
5. No load cell is used, which greatly reduces both the structure complexity and the failure rate.
6. The bending plate is with so low profile as to reduce both easier installation and less damage to the road surface.
Workflow System Description
1,limit preflight weighing system is provided on the main road through the load cell of all vehicle axle load, total weight and vehicle data, and based on prior input axle load / total weight limit to determine whether passing vehicles over limit.
2,real-time computer control center with the district highway load transportation management office computer networking, real-time transmission of vehicle information has been handled load transportation permit.
3,the drive control server center information boards and TV show overrun vehicle license plate number or picture by remote control, suggesting that overloaded vehicles to slow weighing recheck zone detection.
4,overloaded vehicles, under the guidance of various signs into the front of the rule over the station (low load area). blacklist, the system automatically prompts "overrun" by the vehicle.
5,limit the vehicle through the rule over the station at low speed (or static) re-examination after the weighing platform, if not exceeded, by the normal toll station; if it is overloaded vehicles, according to the provisions for processing.
Application
1.Vehicle overload detection under high speed velocity
2. Vehicle high speed velocity detection
3. Dynamic vehicle weighing of weight-toll system in highway
4. Vehicle weighing at port or bridge.
