Reliable Formaldehyde Generation with Paraformaldehyde Tubes

CHROMATOTEC has engineered a compact permeation-based calibration system using paraformaldehyde. Advantages over cylinder-based standards:

- Wide and controlled concentration range (ppb to ppm level);
- Predictable output thanks to a temperature-emission relationship modelled by the Antoine equation;
- Stable output over 1 year with RSD ~5%;
- Fast stabilization (few minutes) for on-site usability;
- Certified by DNPH-HPLC (ISO 16000-3) for higher reliability than weight-based certification.

This calibration module is now integrable into our formaldehyde analyzers, enhancing autonomous, in-situ calibration capabilities.
