The new generation of screening buckets

CBR Series

CM launches its new CBR series screening bucket with a completely renewed design.

Equipment with unbeatable performance, produced in 7 models, also ideal for mini excavators starting from 1 ton up to 40 tons but not only, as it is suitable for skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, telescopic handlers, and agricultural tractors.

The main changes are in the basket: thanks to the new design, the basket is 80% longer in-depth and increased in diameter, it follows that this surface has significantly increased and therefore the screening area. In practical terms, this entails a decrease in the working time by the end operator, while reducing costs.

The new basket is then made up of interchangeable bolted gratings which, as a result, makes it easier to use and quicker to replace. The grids of the basket are produced from 10 to 150 mm, to meet all needs.

No model requires the drainage line and therefore the CBR can be mounted without problems even on operating machines where the drain line is not provided: a truly remarkable strength.

Among the other relevant features, there is the support of the front basket which has been strengthened and has brought rigidity to the rotating element, in this way the Gearmotor is stressed at less load and the life of the gearbox has been extended. All models can rotate in two directions with speed adjustment. The rear crankcase is easily accessible to both the hydraulic motor and the speed regulator.

Among the various options available are digging teeth, the internal basket scraper, the brush for cleaning the basket, and, as always, CM always makes the attachment based on the operating machine or customer specifications.

Like all the products in the CM range, the screening bucket CBR has a solid and compact structure, made of wear-resistant material, so that it can be used with highly resistant materials and does not fear shocks.

The new model has already fully entered into operation and customers who have had the good fortune to try it are largely satisfied with the comparison with other models.
