MULTISCREEN RC

When manpower is limited, productivity goes remote-controlled

In modern jobsites, material management has become an increasingly important part of the work. Soil, gravel, mixed materials, recycled aggregates or demolition material often need to be separated, selected and reused directly on site, reducing handling, downtime and intermediate steps.
To meet these needs, CM presents the Multiscreen RC, a remote-controlled mobile screener designed for material selection directly on site, or wherever material needs to be organized quickly, practically and efficiently.
A mobile screener that works where needed
The Multiscreen RC is equipped with a tracked structure, loading hopper, disc screening deck and dedicated discharge conveyors. The machine separates the material into two fractions: screened material in the selected size on one side, and coarser oversize material on the other, which can be discarded or reprocessed.
This configuration allows material to be managed directly where it is produced or accumulated, avoiding unnecessary handling and making the screening process simpler and more controlled.
The Multiscreen RC can process different materials, including gravel, soil, mixed soil, wet soil, humus, compost, coal, excavation materials, recycled aggregates and demolition materials. It is therefore suitable for construction sites, demolition works, recycling activities, earthmoving, aggregate recovery and applications where mixed, wet or irregular materials need to be separated.
Large hopper and disc screening deck
The 3 m³ loading hopper allows large quantities of material to be handled and feeds the screening deck continuously. Its wide structure, measuring 3,500 mm in length and 2,300 mm in width, makes loading with an excavator easier and promotes a regular flow towards the screening deck.
The screening deck is composed of 10 rotors, which provide a large working surface and a constant material flow. The rotors are interchangeable and allow the machine to be configured according to the desired output size, with spacing options of 16, 25, 40 or 60 mm.
In this way, the Multiscreen RC can be adapted to different operating needs, from recovering fine material to separating oversize material for reprocessing.
Full remote control
One of the main features of the Multiscreen RC is its remote-control operation. The operator can manage the main functions of the machine directly from a distance: inlet conveyor speed, screening deck speed and inclination, opening and closing of the discharge conveyors, and adjustment of their speed.
The display also allows real-time monitoring of machine conditions, fuel level and working parameters. This allows the operator to keep the screening process under control at all times, quickly adjusting the settings according to the type of material and the desired result.
Dedicated conveyors for separated fractions
The Multiscreen RC is equipped with dedicated discharge conveyors to manage the different material fractions in an orderly way. The fine material conveyor, with a 1,000 mm belt width and a discharge height of up to 3,750 mm, allows the operator to create large stockpiles or load the screened material directly into a truck body.
The oversize conveyor, with an 800 mm belt width and a discharge height of up to 1,800 mm, conveys the coarser material, helping to keep the work area clean and well organized.
This orderly separation of fractions helps improve jobsite management and makes it easier to decide which material should be reused, stockpiled, discarded or further processed.
Cummins engine, steel tracks and easy maintenance
The Multiscreen RC is equipped with a 74 HP Cummins Stage V engine, without AdBlue system. A reliable engine suitable for continuous operation, with optimized fuel consumption, worldwide service support and consistent performance even in the most demanding applications.
The tracked structure allows the machine to be moved easily around the jobsite. The steel tracks, with a 300 mm shoe width and a 2,950 mm track base, ensure stability during operation and practical movement on site. Rubber track pads are available on request, helping to reduce impact on more delicate surfaces.
Maintenance has also been designed to simplify daily work. The automatic lubrication of the screening deck ensures constant greasing of the components during operation, reducing manual intervention and helping to keep the machine efficient during continuous work.
More order, less material handling
With the Multiscreen RC, screening becomes a more organized, controlled and integrated phase of jobsite work. The possibility of selecting material directly on site reduces handling, limits intermediate steps and optimizes the organization of working areas.
The result is a mobile, robust and practical machine, designed for those who need to manage different materials and separate them quickly, without unnecessary movement.
The Multiscreen RC brings order to materials and makes on-site screening simpler, more efficient and more controlled.
