MT, RT and VT Line: Cmatic fittings solutions for Vehicle Applications
Cmatic launches 3 new fittings lines for Air-brake systems: the push-in series called “MT line”, its accessory series the “RT line” and lastly the Function Fittings series called “VT”.
The MT is the new push-in fittings line that has been developed and designed to ensure high reliability and safety in the pneumatic braking systems on commercial and industrial vehicles. The push-in fittings of the MT Line are completely made of brass, also this line combines high-quality standards, outstanding performances over time, which then translate into a product highly reliable and safe.
Moreover, all MT push-in fittings are provided with an internal rubber insert that keeps dust and humidity away from the inner parts of the fittings, safeguarding quality, and performances in time. Accidental detachments cannot occur since the tube can be disconnected only by means of the tool developed for this purpose (called “TREL”). The MT line is TÜV certified according to DIN 74324:1996, DIN EN ISO 9227:2017 e 60068-2-6:2008.

Working Temperature: -50 °C – +100 °C (-58 °F – +212 °F)
The RT Line is included in the product line offering. Also known as the “Accessory” line or “Standard Fittings” line, the RT Line consists of a wide variety of components such as nipples, L-T fittings, hose, reductions and more. All RT fittings are TÜV certified according to DIN 74324: 1996, DIN EN ISO 9227: 2017 and 60068-2-6: 2008.

Last, the VT Line completes the product offer. It is composed by two specific “Function Fittings”: a Drain Valve and a Pressure Test Point Valve. They are made of brass and they are Silicone Free. The VT 90 meets the standards according to DIN 74324. While the VT 91 meets the standards according to ISO 3583.
