Antea is Comac's walk-behind floor scrubber ideal for deep and maintenance cleaning of floors in offices, hospitals, shops, public buildings, restaurants, hotels, sports centers, supermarkets and production facilities. Robust and reliable, it has been designed to improve productivity by reducing costs and impacts of professional cleaning operations. Antea is equipped with the most innovative technologies that guarantee optimal performance and sustainable technologies that make it environmentally friendly.
These are Comac’ sustainable technologies available for Antea:
• Eco Mode: pressing a single button to reduce energy consumption and lower the noise level. It is an ideal configuration for maintenance cleaning and to use the floor scrubber in sensitive environments and in the presence of people.
• CDS – Comac Dosing System: the separate management of water and detergent, that allows to increase or reduce their flow, according to the type of dirt to clean, thus avoiding wastes. It reduces cleaning solution consumption by up to 50%.
• SSC – Solution Smart Control: an intelligent management of the solution delivered to the brushes. The floor scrubber will automatically increase and decrease the flow of the solution based on the operating speed. Therefore, there will be a reduction in waste and economic savings.
• CFC – Comac Fleet Care: the technology for fleet management that increases efficiency and reduces costs. Using computers, smartphones and tablets it is possible to have access to a comprehensive, up-to-date, real-time overview of the status of the machines. Through the app or from the portal it is possible to know not only the method of use but also the consumption, performance, health status and environmental impact of a specific machine or of the entire fleet. The data collected with the CFC become valuable information to improve the use of resources, reduce waste and maximize performance.
The Antea family is one of the latest generation Comac’s floor scrubbers for which the Product Carbon Footprint has been calculated thanks to the adoption of the international standard ISO 14067. Measuring the Carbon Footprint of the latest generation scrubbing machines allows us to have a real and third-party verified data on performance with respect to climate change. We can therefore understand the most critical phases in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, also called GHG, and take action to minimize their emission. Furthermore, the Antea 50 BT CB floor scrubber is the first, among Comac’s products, to be included in the Carbon Footprint Italy program, and for this reason bearing the CFI mark.
Antea is available in five versions to suit all your cleaning needs: with a disc brush with 50 cm working width, cable (E) or battery powered, with traction (BT) or without it (B). Moreover, they come with traction also the scrubbing-sweeping version with 2 cylindrical brushes (BTS) and the new orbital version (BTO).
