HP4000 is the new Comac’s street sweeper performing and powerful, projected to take the cleaning to the next level.
Thanks to the TwinAction System, HP4000 manages to combine the strength of the mechanical action, aimed at collecting large residue, with the effectiveness of the vacuum action for finer dust. This means that excellent results can be achieved with just one machine and just one pass.
The new design combined with the latest Comac technologies make the HP4000 the street sweeper able to combine high performance and waste reduction.
Designed to work without water, which is in fact used in auxiliary functions to abate dust on the side brushes, when dumping waste and in the pressure washer.
The great advantage is that by dry scrubbing, the waste loaded by the HP4000 stays dry and the dry debris will weight much less than a wet debris. With this street sweeper, you can save up to 150,000 liters of water in a year.
Great performance packed into a machine, HP4000 is equipped with a rotating shaft with hammers to easily collect even large residue, which will then be shredded, without the risk of clogging the vacuum channel. The shredded waste is collected in the collection hopper, which thanks to a special system, will first fill the rear and then the front.
The HP4000 is characterized by details that can make it unique, as the sweeping system designed to ensure maximum efficiency and characterized by adjustable side brushes right and left, able to constantly follow the machine’s progress and ensure excellent cleaning results. A swinging brush that also reaches edges and pavements, with an opening rotation up to 180°, and the possibility to adjust the height, inclination and incidence, the HP4000 can pick up residue deposited on both sides of the road.
Comfort and safety are two essential elements of this street sweeper, the big cab with pneumatic driver’s seat, comfortable and insulated by anti-vibration mounts ensure a comfortable and smooth ride, even after many hours of work.
Incredibly smart thanks to the central console, equipped with a 10-inch touch screen display to control work functions and a 4.5-inch display to show driving aid information. Activated with a simple click, the HP4000 is safe and interactive, the functional design allows the driver allows the driver easy access to all controls without ever taking his eyes off the road.
The HP4000 adapts easily to any situation, thanks to the 3 possible configurations: municipal, cement and heavy industry, designed for different situations.
