ECM motors and fans for professional cooling

For over 40 years we are in the world of industrial refrigeration, offering a wide range of fans and motors for every power requirement and high efficiency, which can be used in refrigeration, air conditioning and air treatment.

With the new regulations to protect the environment and energy efficiency, much attention is paid to the quality of the internal components.

Precisely in this perspective, Comestero has introduced among its products the new generation of electronically commutated SME motors.

The motors of the FL-SME series are EC, IP65, VDE certified brushless motors. These motors complete the range of shielded pole motors, and are available with power from 5 to 20W and voltage from 110 and 230VAC (24VDC optional).

The FL-SME motor stands out from the shaded pole motors for its high efficiency and low consumption (reduction up to 80%), and is completely interchangeable with the latter, allowing the use of the same accessories as blades, brackets, grids and rings.

In addition to the CE and VDE certifications, the ATEX version is also available on request, suitable for installation in the presence of explosive refrigerant gases (R290), as in commercial cooling systems.

The integrated electronics can be customized to control speed and rotation according to the use and reduction of consumption of the final application: Single speed, 2 Speeds, Reversible, 0-10 Vdc.
