Cutting Box
The high productivity solution for waterjet cutting.
Conceived like an independent working station, it is normally integrated in highly automated production lines, with particularly demanding working cycles.
For these reasons, Cutting box finds its normal allocation in the Automotive industry, for the execution of perimetral cutting (trimming) of parts for the interior of motors vehicle (carpets, dashboards, acoustic insulation parts, etc.).
The whole Cutting box is consisting of a closed cell, in which the working units are generally two cutting heads fixed on two ABB anthropomorph robots, managed by the IRC5 control unit of latest generation.
The table on which the pieces are clamped is of rotary type, in order to load/unload pieces in pendular cycle and to guarantee the maximum of safety to the operator.
The cell comes complete with treatment water system and with the steam extraction system, as to grant the whole maximum functionality.
Cutting box offers the maximum of its configuration, in order to always accomplish at the best to the customer''s technical specifications.
