In addition to the standard products in this new product range, Comitronic-BTI has developed three specialised products.
• The Trithon P Safety Switch launched in October 2014 is designed for extreme temperatures. This safety switch has a temperature range from -40° to +130° Celsius, while its silicone cable is rated from -65° to +200° Celsius. This product is ideally suited for very hot or very cold environments such as cold rooms or ovens.
• The EPINUS Safety Switch has a magnetic holding force which is used to hold safety doors closed and prevent accidental switching due to machine vibration.
• The SUPERMAGNET 2 Safety Switch has up to 100kg electro-magnetic locking. This locking is used to ensure that users do not open a door before the end of the machines cycle. The SUPERMAGNET 2 is available in different versions, with a holding force between 20kg and 100kg and versions with power to lock or power to unlock.
