DIAMIX AND COMPAMIX FOR A RELIABLE WATER TEMPERATURE

DIAMIX and COMPAMIX mixing valves have been designed for the installation in industrial plants (nautical sector, refrigeration systems, chemical industries, etc), when a constant temperature of the fluid is required. DIAMIX and COMPAMIX have a 3-way mixing valve coupled with an actuator. The latter can control the sphere’s position according to the instantaneous temperature of the mixed fluid and to the requested temperature, thanks to a next generation electronics. The systems uses a PID algorithm (proportional, integral, derivative control) able to send controls to the actuator as electrical signals, in the name of the best regulation system. This can guarantee a high level of precision and reliability, assuring a ±1°C tolerance.

DIAMIX and COMPAMIX have a digital display for setting the requested temperature (adjustable among -15 e +90°C) and for seeing the instantaneous temperature detected by the sensor on the mixed water outlet.

DIAMIX PLUS and COMPAMIX PLUS are the new range of motorized mixing valves with remote control through a Modbus communication protocol and with innovative functions such as the variation of the set-point temperature thanks to a 0-10V analogic control.

Comparato also offers a wide range of modulating or ON/OFF motorised valves with different power supplies, also in DC power supply and with fast operating times (1 second for 90°).

The latest development is the Smart PRO range: multifunctional actuators with Wi-Fi or Modbus communication protocols.
