CONEC M12 connector series with bayonet quick locking - convenient and reliable
At the SPS, CONEC presents the new M12x1 connector series with bayonet quick locking. With the three-point bayonet locking, it is possible to lock the connection manually with a 90° turn. Direct tactile and acoustic feedback
is provided after the connector is locked.
The new M12 bayonet variant by CONEC does not require any additional tools in order to meet the mechanical and technical requirements with regard to tightness against dust and liquid media in industrial environments. In locked state, the IP67 degree of protection is met. The CONEC bayonet locking variant thus offers the user simplified handling and secure transmission of signals and data at the same time.
The print-coupling socket variants are also equipped with an internal thread in the mating area and thus guarantee
100 % backward compatibility with standard M12 connectors. This means that new systems can be equipped with the M12 bayonet on the device side without any problems.
