1.The self-developed intelligent ultrasonic machining system

In addition to an amazing rotating speed of up to 36,000 rpm, the all-one ultrasonic spindle boasts stable performance and outstanding ultrasonic transmission efficiency; and by virtue of real-time communication and deep integration with the CNC system of the machine tool, the intelligent ultrasonic machining system has realized accurate control of ultrasonic parameters with optimal property and stable and reliable effect based on different working conditions and tools, featuring the function of on-line measurement and closed-loop adjustment of tool holder amplitude so as to control the amplitude of ultrasonic tool holder in high precision; It also brings machining advantages including longer tool life, higher machining efficiency, better workpiece surface quality and less micro-cracks and workpiece burrs.

2.Supercritical CO2 coolant-through system

Through coolant-through transmission control system, the supercritical CO2 fluid is transferred to the cutting area, and rapidly heated in the cutting area to form micro-sized dry ice and CO2, and accelerate the chipping removal at the cutting edge; The coolant-through transmission control system monitors the pressure and temperature of supercritical CO2 fluid in the transmission tube in real time to ensure the supercritical CO2 fluid transmission and stable low-temperature cooling performance; It’s equipped with supercritical coolant-through spindle and ultrasonic shrink-fit tool holder to reduce interference and cooling in place; and achieve -78℃ cleaning and cutting with supercritical CO2 fluid.

3.Highly-Rigid-and-Precise machine structure

The machine tool made of cast iron material features gantry structure with strong rigidity and good stability; Its positioning accuracy can get up to 3μm and repeatability accuracy 2μm with the following advantages: availability of in-machine measurement through configuring on-line detection system, high-level lead screw and guideway protection, multiple alternatives as to protection structures that meet different needs of materials machining, optional single or double tool magazine with holding capacity of up to 30 tools.
