New Product Launch @DMP Exhibition: Ultrasonic ScCO2 MQL Through-Spindle CNC Machine

On November 27th, 2023, DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo was held in Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Conprofe released a grand conference with its new product -- MVA-500 5-Axis Machine Tool, and fully displayed its full-range of innovative products with advanced technology and application solutions.

There are common problems during advanced materials machining such as low thermal conductivity, high cutting temperature, large work hardening tendency, severe tool wear and edge breakage, poor surface roughness, etc., limiting the development of high-end manufacturing industry.

In order to break through the machining difficulties and pain points of difficult-to-cut metal in high-end manufacturing fields such as aviation and medical industry, Conprofe launched the 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining Center with Ultrasonic, Through-Spindle MQL and Supercritical CO2 technology and released the machine tool at the DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo on November 27th.
