New Remote I/O Units with High-functional Firmware "CONPROSYS M2M Controllers"

Contec Co., Ltd. (Tokyo stock exchange code: 6639) introduced our new four cloud-enabled remote I/O units with high-functional firmware which supports various standards communication procedure and runs control script. Contec launches “CPS-MC341-ADSC1-111” as a part one of the CONPROSYS series on 8th August, 2015, and other units will be launched from September, 2015.

The new products “CONPROSYS M2M Controllers” are intelligent IoT devices with firmware which is installed various communication functions. By just connecting the M2M controller with devices which you would like to monitor, the collected data will be sent to the CONPROSYS cloud service, and you can monitor them via the Internet. The M2M controllers are equipped with Modbus/TCP slave response function, and a supporting Modbus/TCP controller, such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), can assess to them. The new unites can connect seamlessly to a controller like PLC which is installed SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) with OPC server provided by Contec. They can also work as a remote I/O unit in an on-site M2M communication control system.

In addition, these four new units have functions which save and run scripts including operation input data, conditional branching and signal output management. It is designed to embed control script without programing knowledge. You can build program with a simple flowchart by dragging and dropping rule icons
