Buffing and polishing fashion accessories

The machine consists of a five-station rotary table and four CPL polishing units for surface treatment of fashion accessories (zamak and brass). You can use any type of buffs with different abrasive compositions. A pressure compensation axis (U-axis) recovers the buffs consumption to ensure a maximum working efficiency on multiple kinds of products.

The auto-positioning function enables the automatic working unit’s placing thanks to motorized electric axes. This function allows a quick and easy production change, with no adjustment necessary for the buffs positioning.
