For the first time as Cosmic, the company will exhibit at PCIM Europe 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, from 9 to 11 June.

Fully equipped to test high side and low side Driver ICs, IGBTs, Power MOSFETs, Power ICs, ensuring flexibility and future-proof test capability.
M2 Turret Edition and M2 Flexible Edition, ideal for testing power devices on any rotary, conveyor or pick and place handler at every stage of production, from bare KGD to packaged discretes and modules. Designed to maximize units per hour (UPH) in high-volume production environments, M2 ensures precision, repeatability, and reliability without compromising test accuracy.
DS6 Pulsar, an advanced dynamic test generator, is purpose-built for automotive SiC and GaN power devices in the electric vehicle and automotive industries.
