The RPF Rotary Piston Filling Machine has been redesigned for even more advanced performance. Our rotary piston fillers are automatic machines that accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds of 600+ per minute. This series is available in different frame sizes and models; from four to thirty-six filling nozzles. The overhead driven pistons feature fine fill piston adjustment, achieving ±0.5% fill accuracy. New features include improved starwheel drive system with factory set overload clutches and improved spiral drive clutch, both offering more precise adjustment and never needing re-adjustment.

The Cozzoli F400X-SS Single Piston Filler is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. This semi-automatic volumetric filler will fill a wide range of liquids from aqueous solutions to light oils with consistent fill accuracies of +\- 0.5%. Easy to operate, clean and sterilize, the F400X-SS is designed for clean rooms or industrial settings and is ideal for use in labs or facilities with low production requirements. The F400X-SS is shipped fully assembled and ready to use.
