No more data islands - networked, smart production with the OPC Client Bridge!
Machines don't talk to each other? That's a thing of the past.
A wide variety of machines, tools and IT systems are in use in many production environments. However, companies often face the challenge that these systems do not communicate directly with each other - incompatible interfaces, different protocols and data islands complicate the flow of information. This results in delays in production and costly integrations. In addition, there is often a lack of overview of the current status of your machines.
The OPC Client Bridge connects - without changing everything
The OPC Client Bridge from CSP provides a remedy here. As a central interface, it connects your existing machines, tools and applications quickly, securely and, above all, independently of the manufacturer. You do not have to make any extensive adjustments to your existing infrastructure. The OPC Client Bridge ensures seamless integration: simply connect and use immediately.
How the OPC Client Bridge works
Data is collected via OPC UA, which means that machine data is transferred directly from the tools to the OPC Client Bridge. At its core, the integrated BridgeLane converter processes this data, prepares it and converts it into the required formats. The converted data is then forwarded in suitable protocols to target systems such as production data management (IPM), databases or monitoring solutions.
Your benefits at a glance
Thanks to the OPC Client Bridge, you benefit from real-time data that enables immediate reactions and control in production. The middleware minimizes the integration effort and helps to avoid expensive system adaptations. Another plus point is the integrated error monitoring, which ensures stable data streams and thus reduces downtimes. The OPC Client Bridge provides you with an efficient, flexible and reliable communication solution for your production.
