TOP 100 Award: Ranga Yogeshwar Honors CSP’s Innovation Strength
Great recognition for the innovation strength of CSP GmbH & Co. KG: Science journalist and TOP 100 mentor Ranga Yogeshwar personally congratulated the company on receiving the TOP 100 seal.
The official award ceremony took place on Friday, June 27, as part of the German Mittelstand Summit in Mainz—honoring those mid-sized companies that successfully distinguished themselves at the beginning of the year in the TOP 100 innovation competition.
In the scientifically rigorous selection process, CSP stood out in size category B (51 to 200 employees in Germany), particularly in the category of innovation success. For the third time, the company now ranks among Germany’s top innovators.
The official company profile accompanying the TOP 100 award clearly shows why CSP is considered one of Germany’s most innovative mid-sized companies:
With intelligent error detection and extensive experience, CSP GmbH & Co. KG clearly differentiates itself from the competition. The company specializes in software for quality assurance and has been supporting manufacturing companies in optimizing their processes for more than 30 years. Real-time monitoring, AI-supported analyses, and manufacturer-independent technologies enable precise predictions and error-free operations. This results in manufacturing processes that meet the highest quality standards and effectively prevent production downtime.
CSP solutions integrate seamlessly into existing production environments—regardless of machine or system manufacturers. The software detects even the smallest deviations during operation and enables immediate response. At the same time, it meets the highest standards for traceability, audit compliance, and product liability. Customers from industries such as battery production, mechanical engineering, and the automotive sector benefit from this combination of technological innovation and practical applicability.
Agility as a Key to Success
The mid-sized company consistently relies on agile development methods and an innovation-promoting corporate culture to achieve its success. Flat hierarchies and structured idea management create optimal conditions for creative thinking and independent action. New technologies often originate directly within the development team. A current example is the AI-based anomaly detection system, which was initiated in its latest iteration by employees themselves.
“Innovation for us means not resting on past successes. With our 30 years of experience in manufacturing, we focus on agility and continuous adaptation. I’m especially proud that this success comes not from individuals, but from the entire team,” says Managing Director Korbinian Hermann. Ideas are regularly discussed in workshops and quickly find their way into practical application.
Local Roots with Global Impact
The combination of regional strength and global demands makes the company unique in its industry. Through close cooperation, including with the EDV School Plattling, CSP actively promotes its own young talent. The solid training of local specialists plays a significant role in the sustainable development and growth of innovative ideas. From Großköllnbach in Lower Bavaria, technologies are developed that are recognized worldwide and set standards in quality assurance.
