Demand for medical ventilators and oxygen generators/concentrators increased rapidly due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19. Ultrasonic oxygen and flow sensors Gasboard-8500FS series are developed to measure oxygen concentration, flow rate, temperature, humidity and ambient pressure. The measurement flow rate range can be up to 40L/min and 240L/min. Gasboard-8500FS series with different models are widely used in transport ventilators, ICU ventilators, HFNC and also CPAP. 

Ultrasonic oxygen sensor Gasboard-8500V is used to monitor oxygen concentration in binary gases condition, which could replace electrochemical oxygen sensors directly with over 15 years long lifespan.

Ultrasonic oxygen and flow sensors Gasboard-7500H series are also developed for the measurement of oxygen concentration and flow rate, which are normally used for PSA oxygen concentrators with 0-10L/min detection range. Moreover, Cubic could also offer small-sized oxygen and flow sensor which is especially customized for portable pulse oxygen concentrators.
