Cygnus is Delighted to Welcome our New Sales Manager!
Cygnus hopes you’ll welcome some good news amid the Coronavirus lockdown. We would like to introduce our new Sales Manager, Steve Warner.
Steve originally had a strong and varied technical background before then moving across to customer support. His most recent role before Cygnus – as a Sales Engineer – involved providing ruggedized monitoring equipment (and training) to the rail industry, across the UK and overseas.
Of course, it has been an unusual time to join the company. Steve joined us at the end of February, just a few weeks before our Sales team shifted to working remotely from their homes. Luckily, with formal training completed in those early weeks, we have found the inevitable slowdown in business has created more time to fulfil the process of bringing Steve up to speed. And this has been enhanced by the Sales team’s daily online communication including Ribu – our Regional Sales Manager based in Dubai.
