Stainless steel positioner

Manipulator standard Partner type, completely made of stainless steel, fitted with suction cup tooling for the gripping and handling of bags. The operator picks up the bags from pallets of storage and deposits them on a hopper.

Manipulator standard Partner type, completely made of stainless steel, fitted with suction cup tooling for the gripping and handling of bags. The operator picks up the bags from pallets of storage and deposits them on a hopper.

The vacuum is generated by an electric pump placed in a special, isolated cabin that is separated from the Manipulator.

The structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with few parts in AISI 420/430. Welding is mostly performed using MAG and MIG process in an inert gas atmosphere; major welds, from an aesthetic and functional standpoint, are grinded and polished. Visible surfaces are polished and brush-finished.

The Manipulator and the gripping systems are built according to specifically developed projects in relation to the well-known need for cleanliness in the pharmaceutical - food - chemical industry and in sterile environments.
