Lift assist device for reels

Lift assist device or Dalmec manipulator Parter type, column mounted version for handling reels of insulating material.

The Manipulator is equipped wit a tooling made of different types of self-centering pinch jaws that enable gripping and handling of reels having variable dimensions and weights. The equipment is designed to pick horizontal reels from a winding shaft and then place them vertically to an adjacent pallet. Rotation is actuated pneumatically.

Well-trained design staff are able to develop state-of-the-art equipment, aimed at the ergonomic use of Dalmec lifters by operators.

Each lift assist device represents a guarantee. Both from the point of view of operation and safety.

Safety is a matter of fundamental importance and an essential component common to all the products we design and manufacture according to the UNI EN standards and in compliance with the CE - Atex directives and all safety indicators.

Functional analysis, design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototypes creation are all phases in the production process that DALMEC carries out in close partnership with the client, with continuous controls and reviews during project development.
