Application：

The lithium material plant adopts advanced MES system in its daily running including

raw material of new energy battery products' in and out of warehouse. monitoring,

data collection, analysis, processing and response report of the whole production process. The MES system helps to realize the management of formula and ingredients; the management and control of key processes; the station warning & alarm function, and help to prevent the misuse of materials. Using barcode and RFID technology to realize data collection in the production process, and the collected data is uploaded to the MES system in real time.

System Architect：

The DPC-9156 industrial panel computer provided by Darween is embedded into a customized floor-stand cabinet, equipped with a scanning gun bracket and a built-in printer into the cabinet . The installation requirements of MES equipment in the production line is then fully met. The scanning gun is connected through USB port to collect barcode data of material, and connected RFID card reader can input employee's ID information, which help to realize the management and control of key processes. The panel computer then uploads data to MES system through WiFi module, and print barcode through USB printer to realize product traceability.
