YTO Express uses Darveen industrial panel PCs to carry out accurate data acquisition before sorting

Due to the fast development of e-commerce and the strong support to the logistics industry from national policies in recent years, the express industry in China has developed rapidly. A series of problems has come to the surface, including backward traditional sorting technology, low personnel efficiency and non-standard overall environment. To cope with these issues, YTO has adopted Darveen DPC-5170 industrial panel computers. The YTO intelligent sorting system mainly consists of a scanning &weighing area, an automatic sorting area, a terminal parcel sliding area and other areas. By a network platform, equipped with cameras and weighing apparatus to collect bar code information and weight of the parcels, the data acquisition work before sorting can be completed in an accurate manner, which greatly reduces the workload and error rate of the workers, and helps realize intelligent management.
