Application Scenario

Installing the vehicle mount computer, RFID device on the forklift could greatly improve the working efficiency of automated warehouse management. TRFID detection antenna is installed on the front fork and used for scanning the RFID tag information of goods through the Internet of Things technology such as the two-dimensional bar code, and then transmitting the received information to RFID reader through the cable, and eventually the information of goods will be transmitted to vehicle mount computer through the cable. Thus, the automatic identification of goods is achieved, and the timeliness of warehouse accounting is improved. Due to intelligent recommendation of the warehousing and sorting locations and product batches, real-time correct information can be provided for all activities, resources and inventory levels of the warehouse. The whole process from warehouse-in to warehouse-out can be traced promptly, thus gradually realizing fine management of the warehouse. According to the actual needs, the user can also erect the WiFi or Narrow Band system or directly use the 3G/4G mobile phone network as the wireless communication network, to transmit data to the background server. As manual operations reduced in the whole process, the working efficiency is enhanced greatly.
