Factors affecting the price of the plate and frame filter press

Plate and frame filter press consists of frame, filter plate, electronic control system and hydraulic system (including hydraulic station and cylinder), so these factors above will affect the price of the machine.

1. Frame section: The processing method and material of the frame will affect the price.

For example, the carbon steel of our ordinary machine is Q 235, if the customer requires a high-quality machine, we can choose Q345 carbon steel, and the price will be higher. If the customer is dealing with acidic or alkaline materials, the frame of the machine is usually clad with S.S or PP to reach corrosion resistant and the price will be increased.

2.Filter plate section: The purity and process method of the filter plate will affect the price.

If the customers need the high pressure machines or the temperature of the material is higher, we will recommend the pure PP filter plates to customers, and the price will be 2-3 times higher than ordinary plates, and if the filter plate is thickened by 5mm, the price will be higher.

3. Electronic control section: More control program and brand electrical components will affect the price.

Our ordinary hydraulic plate and frame machines only control the cylinder (plate opening and plate closing). If the customer needs to control the feed pump or other supporting facilities, the price of the control system will be increased; or foreign customers have higher quality requirement and prefer to use international famous brands electrical components, such as Siemens PLC, ABB or SEW motors or gearboxes, then the price of the machine will be higher.

4. Hydraulic control section: The hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic station will affect the price.

The larger the model of the machine, the larger cylinder will be used, so that the price will be increased; and if all the hydraulic components on the hydraulic station (magnetic exchange valve, one-way valve, high and low pressure relief valve , motors, etc.) use international famous brands, the price will be much higher.

In short: the configuration and price of the machine is proportional. The higher the quality, the higher the price.
