De Dietrich CleanValve : a bottom outlet valve unique and innovative for optimised cleanability

CleanValve is a tank bottom outlet valve specially designed for processes requiring full cleanability.

Thanks to its free-draining design, with a specific draining channel, CleanValve reduced dead legs and is the top performer on the market. A side nozzle allows cleaning, sterilising or nitrogen blanketing of the valve internals. A retractable PTFE spray nozzle provides automatic CIP cycles capability.

Cleanvalve is also available with a patented flat seat, for increasd cleanability between the seat and the tank outlet nozzle.

The product range is available in glass lined steel (DD3009), Inox 1.4409 (316L), 2.4602 (Alloy C22), with side or in-line actuation

Drying powders and cosmetic pigments with De Dietrich

The Guedu® pan dryer has been successfully installed recently in replacement of hot air dryers, yielding quality and productivity gains. The agitated vacuum batch dryer allows to reduce drying times by a factor of 2 to 10, and to improve batch homogeneity thanks to a constant mixing action during drying.

De Dietrich Process Systems is able to supplies its customers not only with the appropriate drying technology, but also to design and supply the peripheral equipment, support structure as well as the automation and control systems.
