Debranner DV420-8

CENTRAL BODY

MOTOR

COOLING FAN FOR WHEAT

The central body is made of:

- Steel structure made up of welded sheets on a frame in metallic profiled elements.

- 4 Maintenance and inspection doors all around the perimeter.

Inside the machine there is a cylindrical shaped chamber, made of perforated plate (casing). In the middle there is a hardened steel shaft that turns and supports the system of 8 cylindrical grinding stones. Under the debranning chamber there is an hopper for the collection of the product with an adjustable distance.

Motorizazion

The motorization is realized with transmission by means of belts and pulleys, with the engine mounted on a moving plate.

The engine power can be 37 or 55 Kw with efficiency IE2.

Fonctionning

After the wetting phase the wheat enters from the upper hopper.

An admission cone evenly distributes the product in the debranning chamber.

The bran is filtered through the perforated casing and aspirated by the system connected to the machine.

In the debranning chamber there are some flow-breaker useful to change the grane orientation during the debranning.

The degree of debranning is defined by a software controlled by a PLC which controls the gate exit, holding more or less time the grain inside the machine.

Defino & Giancaspro has designed a new software that works in cooperation with the pneumatic control and can increase up to 300 times the accuracy and the stability in damper control.

Final Remarks About Durum Wheat Debranning

- Debranning is the most revolutionary technological innovation of the last thirty years in the field of milling durum wheat.

- In comparison with the debranners of other companies has been extensively tested that the Defino & Giancaspro debranner DV420-8 provides higher hourly flow rates (7 T/h) and a better quality of the product.

- Thanks to the special grinding stones and to the ventilation for the cooling of the flow, the grains remain intact.
