The Delta Regis Fast Feed 520 utilizes a precision feed system suitable for most styles of screws. The adjustability of this cost-effective screw feeder gives the user control over screw feed rate and also allows the unit to shut down automatically when not in use to conserve energy. Thanks to the flexible design of the rail, it can be quickly adjusted to feed screw sizes from 1.0 to 5.2 mm thread diameter.

The DRFF-520 is compact, lightweight and costs only a fraction of the price of a conventional bowl feeder. The rotating drum inside the hopper is capable of quickly supplying screws to the vibrating rail. The rail feeds the screws smoothly, resulting in a screw replenishment rate that is fast enough to keep up with the quickest operators.

The feeder features three potentiometer adjustments to dial in the optimal feed rate for a specific application and screw type. Vibration Intensity controls the vibration frequency of the rail that moves the screws from the hopper to the pickup point. The Drum Rotation Timer and Vibration Timer control the amount of extra run-time for each of these functions after a screw has arrived into position at the pickup point.
