Denyo Endorses "Decokatsu" National Movement for New and Prosperous Lifestyles toward Decarbonization

An affluent society leads to decarbonization

Denyo has announced its endorsement of the "National Movement for New and Prosperous Lifestyles toward Decarbonization" initiated by the Ministry of the Environment, aimed at creating a new, environmentally rich way of life that leads to decarbonization. The endorsement is part of Denyo's efforts to promote the realization of carbon neutrality by 2050.

The movement, called "Decokatsu" in Japanese, with the "De" representing "Decarbonization," the "Co" standing for "Co2" (carbon dioxide), contains the word "Eco," and embodies activities that are environmentally friendly.

Denyo is committed to spreading the word "Decokatsu" to raise environmental awareness among its employees and drive behavioral change, all in pursuit of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.

As part of its efforts, the company declares the following three points:

1. We will remain dedicated to the development of products that reduce CO2 emissions and those that are entirely carbon-free, ensuring that we continue to provide the essential power sources needed by society, no matter the era.

2. In our business activities, we will consistently prioritize energy conservation, waste reduction, and the practice of the 3Rs, contributing to the realization of a resource-circulating society.

3. Each and every one of us will incorporate decarbonization practices into our lifestyles.

Denyo will continue to advance its efforts towards achieving carbon neutrality going forward.
