New Denyo Partner in Chille
Distributor Agreement Covering Chile and Peru Signed with Chilean Mining Engineering Company Schwager PowerTech SpA
On Friday, July 18, Denyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Denyo") signed a distributor agreement with Schwager PowerTech SpA (hereinafter, "Schwager") for the sale of Denyo engine generators and engine welders in Chile and Peru.
Schwager was established in 2025 as the energy business subsidiary of Schwager S.A., a Santiago Stock Exchange-listed company with over 165 years of experience in Chile’s mining sector. The company plans to begin operations in the mining sector in Chile and Peru and expand into the construction and infrastructure sectors, offering both sales and rental services for Denyo engine generators and welders.
Through its high-quality products, Denyo aims to support the growth of Schwager and its customers in Chile and Peru while expanding its market share in South America.
