In this case, in #Italy, Depureco has created a #centralized vacuum system for the collection and the recovery of aluminum shavings. Specifically, an HF with a 5.5 kW dual stage #SIEMENS #turbine was installed, the system works in series to #guarantee maximum depression.

The installed system allows working on three #suction points, one of which in continuous, using over 15 meters of #flexible #hose.

An automatic filter shaker keeps the filter clean without any intervention from the operator needed.

The collected shavings are automatically discharged into the briquette feeder, saving time and money.

Depureco #provides #solutions for the #pneumatic #conveying of the chips, both wet and dry, from #multiple #machining #tools. It is possible to centralize the suction in a single collection point avoiding the involvement of operators in the transport phases.
