Deublin Company's wireless leak sensor box technology for your machine tool rotary unions
Deublin patented SpindleShield technology protects spindles by reliably warning users of internal leakage of coolant unions. Deublin 1103-WLSB (Wireless Leak Sensor Box) allows integration of leak sensor system with SpindleShield technology. The WLSB and coolant union are two separate components that work together. The WLSB is mounted to the exterior of the CNC Machine cabinet. Upon leak detection at the union, the inside unit will send a signal wirelessly to the outside unit and the appropriate light will be lit to alert the user.
