Brief introduction

DF-6201 Radar Level Meter is a strong a frequency modulation (FM) radar level meter with strong anti-interference and stability which focuses on the difficulty of measuring level in solid materiel bin including ore fine bin. It applies to the harsh sites which have complicated internal structure such as immotile obstacle, much dust and weak reflection of materiel. DF-6201 Radar Level Meter reaches on the advanced position comparing with international similar products and it performances even better in tough environment.

Working principle

DF-6201 Radar Level Meter uses the difference value of frequency between transmitted signal and received signal to confirm the object distance in Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave(FMCW) Principle. The Radar Level Meter based on FMCW principle processes the echo signal, so the data of level measurement is more accurate, prompt and stable.

According to lots of data acquisition and experiment of site, we make the fully functional data processing algorithm and reliable mathematical model. It can use proper model to apply the level measurement in site according to the condition of materiel bin.

Product features:

1. The first X wave band radar level meter used to measure solid material level in the industry with X wave band microwave having high penetration power and high interference resistance capability. The X wave band microwave technology is widely used in military radar. The big wave beam corner detection promotes the technology from high precision level measurement to high property solid level measurement.

2. Among the radar level meters used to measure solid material level in the industry, it has the highest indicator parameters with a measuring range of 150m, a blind zone of 0 meter, an accuracy of 5mm, repeatability of 0.5mm and resolution of 0.3mm.

3. In the solid material level detection field, it has the most abundant detection functions and five optional detection modes to adapt to different needs on the spot. The five modes are highest material level detection mode, lowest material level detection mode, average material level detection mode, normal material level detection mode and intelligent material level detection mode respectively.

4. Convenient for operation. Such four methods as remote control, HART handheld terminal and HART connection to upper computer can be used respectively to set the instrument parameters to satisfy the field need. It has intelligent function of setting guidance which can lead the users to finish the instrument parameter installation in 5minutes.

1.Product selection

The standard configuration of DF-6201 series radar level meter are included in stainless steel mounting flange, stainless steel rapid sight, OLED display module, infrared hand operator, PC debug software .

2. ST Type

Increases the average measurement model on the basis of the EC type, this function can measure the average material information within the stock bin for the users in the case of the big ups and downs of the material level caused by poorer material liquidity. It can adapt to the moderate dust in working condition, make intelligent inhibition to fixed obstacles interference in the stock bin and false echo, will be suitable for most solid ore bin.

3.AI Type

This type includes the whole functions of EC type and 5 modes of material level detection. The users can choose proper detected modes to measure including their own need. The cooperation of the highest and lowest level modes can detect the stack condition of stock bin, and the intelligent detecting mode can make the users more be convenient for knowing completely about the level situation of stock bin. The improvement of software and hardware of the instrument can make sure that the measurement data is accurate in the case of weak materiel reflection. This type applies in many detecting fields including large fine ore bin and cement bin which featured heavy dust and weak reflection.

4.AII Type

AII type is the our most significant solid radar detecting instrument with the whole functions of other types. Its uniquely anti-interference of materiel flow function can offer the reliable data of level measurement in the condition that the installation site is limited and the materiel flow disturbs radar wave beam. The optimized function can automatically restrain the ambulatory distraction and the random fake reflection wave. This type applies in some harsh detecting environment such as extreme dust, distraction in materiel bin and input distraction.
